Reinhard Vogt is a Venture Partner at Dynamk Capital based in Europe with deep expertise and networks in life sciences. Reinhard led Dynamk Capital’s investments in Bionter SA and Vectron Biosolutions, and has provided market, strategy and commercialization due diligence support to many portfolio companies.

Reinhard Vogt was most recently the Executive VP and Member of the Board of Sartorius Stedim Biotech S.A, a leading international partner to biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies, providing critical solutions for research, development and manufacturing. Reinhard brings a wealth of industry knowledge, technology deal-side expertise and numerous technology licenses, acquisitions and integrations derived from one of the industry’s largest players.  What this means to investors and portfolio companies is a winning combination of commercial and operational support owed to Reinhard’s experience with more than a dozen high-profile, accretive deals throughout his time at Sartorius.   He was instrumental in building and transforming their filtration business from $30 million in the ‘90s, to what is now today the Sartorius Bioprocess Business of around $1.2 billion. 

Reinhard led the transformation of Sartorius’ strategy to become the leader in single-use bioprocessing technologies, revolutionizing how biologics are manufactured.  His track record includes technology licenses and acquisitions ranging from the Stedim SA and B.Braun Biotech transactions to more recent deals including TAP Biosystems, Cellca, BioOutsource and Umetrics.  He served as Executive VP and Member of the Board of Sartorius AG for over 10 years and has served as Director of 15 companies and Sartorius affiliates in his career. Reinhard also established operations in Australian, China, India, Korea and Turkey. Reinhard has a unique talent and proven track record of value creation by targeting companies and technologies that when integrated create a solution aimed at speeding the development and commercialization of therapeutics. 

Prior to Sartorius, Reinhard founded and established the Skandinavian affiliate of a leading blood sampling and medical diagnostic firm, Sarstedt AB as General Manager.
